SERVER/ BARTENDER
Full-Time/ Part-Time
Server tasks include taking orders and serving meals and drinks (bar) to members and guests according to well established rules of etiquette and performs various incidental duties to provide satisfactory service. Also, maintaining cleanliness and order in serving areas.

LINE COOK
Full- Time/ Part- Time
Line cook tasks include;
-
setting up and stocking food items and other necessary supplies.
-
preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.

grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
-
responsible for inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
